1. Service provider details

Services are provided by WebRešenje, Karadjordjeva 58, 26000 Pančevo, Serbia, Tax ID: 115803024, Company Registration Number: 68647509. You can reach WebRešenje through the website contact form, by email at info@webresenje.rs, or via WhatsApp at +381 61 7758 243.

2. Scope of these terms

These terms apply to your use of webresenje.rs (the “Site”), sending inquiries, ordering packages, and WebRešenje’s provision of services. If a specific project has an agreed quote, proposal, or other written confirmation with additional terms, those special terms take priority for that project.

3. Services

• Website design and build under the fixed Business Start, Business Pro and Business Flex packages, described on our Web Design Pricing page.
• SEO services under the fixed SEO Audit, SEO Start, SEO Growth and SEO Dominance packages, described on our SEO Pricing page.
• Hosting, technical maintenance, backups and support, included in the Business Flex package or available as a separate monthly add-on.
• Custom quotes outside the standard packages, by agreement.

4. Quotes and forming an agreement

Sending an inquiry through the contact form, email or WhatsApp does not automatically form a contract. An agreement is formed once WebRešenje confirms the chosen package or quote, scope of work, price and timeline, and the client accepts it in writing – by email, message, or payment of an agreed amount. Electronic communication (email, WhatsApp) is treated as a valid way of negotiating and accepting, unless the law requires another form for a specific case.

5. Client obligations

The client must provide accurate information, text, images, access and approvals needed to complete the project, and guarantees the right to use any materials supplied. Delivery timelines stated with each package (e.g. 5 or 7 days) begin once all necessary materials have been supplied and, where applicable, any deposit has been paid – delays in supplying materials, approving the design, or payment push the timeline back accordingly.

6. Pricing, payment and invoicing

Web design and SEO package prices are shown in RSD on our Web Design Pricing and SEO Pricing pages, excluding VAT where applicable. Business Start and Business Pro are one-time packages; Business Flex, SEO Start, SEO Growth, SEO Dominance and the hosting add-on are monthly services that continue until cancelled as agreed. WebRešenje may request a deposit or phased payment for larger or custom projects.

7. Timelines, revisions and acceptance

The number of revision rounds and scope included in each package is defined on our pricing pages. Additional functionality, larger content volume, new pages, or changes outside the agreed scope may be billed separately. If the client uses, publishes the live site, or approves delivery in writing, that portion of the work is considered accepted.

8. Hosting, domains and third-party services

Hosting, domains, email, Google tools and other external services may depend on third parties. WebRešenje acts with professional care, but does not guarantee uninterrupted operation of services that depend on third-party providers, the internet, DNS, or platforms outside WebRešenje’s full control.

9. SEO, performance and results

WebRešenje applies professional SEO, technical and UX recommendations within the chosen SEO package. Google rankings, inquiry volume, sales and conversions depend on the market, competition, content, the client’s offer, and third-party platform algorithms, so no specific ranking or business outcome is guaranteed unless explicitly agreed.

10. Intellectual property and materials

The client retains rights to materials they supply. Once the agreed price is paid in full, the client receives the right to use the delivered website and content for its agreed purpose. WebRešenje retains rights to its own tools, methods, generic components and internal processes, and may showcase the project in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed.

11. Complaints and support

The client may send a complaint or correction request by email, WhatsApp or the contact form, describing the issue. WebRešenje will confirm receipt and respond within a reasonable timeframe. Where the client is a consumer, the mandatory timeframes and rights under Serbian consumer protection law apply, and these terms do not limit them in any way.

12. Cancellation and termination

The client may cancel a monthly service (Business Flex, an SEO package, or the hosting add-on) as agreed. Work already performed, purchased domains, paid external services, and started phases of one-time packages may be billed. Ending a monthly service may affect hosting, maintenance, backups, support and site availability, unless otherwise agreed.

13. Liability

WebRešenje is liable for its services in accordance with mandatory Serbian law and the agreed scope of work. WebRešenje is not liable for inaccurate information supplied by the client, client delays, the performance of third-party services, unauthorized changes made by third parties, the consequences of not maintaining the system after the relationship ends, or business results that depend on the market and the client’s decisions.

14. Data protection

How we process personal data is described in our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. By submitting a form or message, the client confirms the information provided is accurate and that a basis exists for using it to prepare a quote, deliver the service, and communicate.

15. Governing law and disputes

These terms and the relationship they govern are subject to the law of the Republic of Serbia. The parties will first attempt to resolve any dispute amicably. If an amicable resolution is not possible, jurisdiction is determined under applicable Serbian law, with mandatory consumer rights respected where the client is a consumer.

16. Changes to these terms

WebRešenje may occasionally update these terms to reflect changes in the law, our services, or our business processes. The version published on this page is the current one, unless otherwise agreed with the client in writing. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page always reflects the most recent version.
