1. Who we are

WebRešenje is a web design and SEO studio registered in Serbia (Tax ID 115803024, Company Registration Number 68647509), operating from Karadjordjeva 58, 26000 Pančevo, Serbia. References to “we”, “us” or “our” in this policy mean WebRešenje.

We serve clients in Serbia, the region and the EU and work remotely as a matter of course. This policy explains what personal data we collect through webresenje.rs (the “Site”), why, and what rights you have over it. We aim to comply with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) for visitors and clients based in the EU, regardless of where we are registered.

2. Data we collect

We keep data collection deliberately minimal. Depending on how you interact with the Site, we may collect:

• Contact details you give us – name, email address, phone number and the content of any message, when you use our contact form, email us, chat with us, or message us on WhatsApp.
• Project details – information you share about your business or project once we start working together (e.g. during onboarding, quoting or delivery of services).
• Cookie data – small amounts of technical data stored in your browser, only for categories you’ve consented to. See our Cookie Policy for details.
• Basic technical data – standard web server logs (such as IP address and browser type) that most hosting infrastructure generates automatically, used only for security and keeping the Site running.

We do not collect payment card details on the Site – any invoicing and payment happens through separate, direct channels agreed with each client.

3. How we use your data

We use personal data to:

• Respond to enquiries sent through chat, email, WhatsApp or the contact form.
• Prepare quotes, proposals and project plans.
• Deliver, invoice and support web design, SEO, hosting and care services once you become a client.
• Keep the Site secure and working correctly.
• Understand aggregate Site usage, but only where you’ve given consent for analytics cookies.

We do not sell personal data, and we do not use it for purposes unrelated to running WebRešenje and delivering our services.

4. Legal basis for processing

Under GDPR, we rely on the following legal bases:

• Consent – for non-essential cookies (analytics, marketing, preferences), and for any marketing communication you explicitly opt into.
• Contract / pre-contract steps – for data needed to prepare a quote at your request, or to deliver a service you’ve engaged us for.
• Legitimate interest – for basic technical/security logging, and for responding to general enquiries you initiate.
• Legal obligation – where we’re required to retain certain records (e.g. invoices) for tax and accounting purposes.

5. Cookies and tracking

The Site uses a cookie consent banner that appears on your first visit. No analytics or marketing cookies are set until you actively allow them. The full list of categories, their purpose, and how to change your choice are described in our separate Cookie Policy.

You can change your choice at any time using the “Cookie Settings” link in the footer of every page. Rejecting or withdrawing consent is exactly as easy as giving it.

6. Contact form handling

When you submit the contact form on the Site, the information you enter (name, email and message) is securely forwarded to our internal inquiry management system, where it’s stored as an inquiry record (a “lead”) and assigned to our team. Our team automatically receives an email notification at info@webresenje.rs as soon as a new inquiry arrives, so we can respond quickly.

The form includes a hidden field used to filter out automated (spam) submissions; it’s invisible and has no effect on you as a visitor. We use the data you submit only to respond to your inquiry and, if you become a client, to continue our working relationship – see Data retention for how long we keep it.

7. Email, WhatsApp and chat

We communicate with prospective and existing clients through email, WhatsApp and our on-site “Get in Touch” contact panel (which itself simply links to email and WhatsApp). Please note:

• Email is handled by our own email provider under this policy.
• WhatsApp is operated by WhatsApp Ireland Limited (part of Meta). Messages you send us over WhatsApp are also subject to WhatsApp’s own privacy policy, since that platform is outside our control.

We only use the contact details you send us through these channels to respond to you and, where relevant, to deliver services you’ve requested.

8. Data retention

• General enquiries that don’t lead to a project are kept for up to 12 months, then deleted.
• Client and project data is kept for the duration of our working relationship, plus a reasonable period afterwards for support and legal/accounting purposes (typically up to 7 years for financial records, in line with standard bookkeeping obligations).
• Cookie consent choices are stored in your browser until you clear your browser data or change your preference.

9. Your rights

If you’re in the EU, GDPR gives you the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
• Request erasure of your data (“right to be forgotten”), where applicable.
• Restrict or object to certain processing.
• Receive your data in a portable format.
• Withdraw consent at any time, without affecting processing that already happened lawfully.
• Lodge a complaint with your local data protection supervisory authority.

10. Third-party services

We try to keep third-party dependencies minimal. Currently:

• Google Fonts – this Site loads the “Space Grotesk” and “Inter” typefaces directly from Google’s font servers. This may transmit your IP address to Google when a page loads, independent of your cookie choice, since it happens as part of loading the page itself rather than through a cookie. Google’s handling of this data is described in Google’s Privacy Policy. We are reviewing self-hosting these fonts to remove this dependency entirely.

Google Analytics 4 – we use GA4 to understand aggregate Site traffic and improve it. The script loads only after you allow the “Analytics” category in the cookie banner; until then, no analytics cookie is set and no data is sent to Google. See our Cookie Policy for details. We do not currently use Meta Pixel or any marketing or advertising tool.

11. Data security

We use industry-standard hosting and take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the data we hold, including restricting access to client information to the people who need it to deliver our services. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to keep risk as low as reasonably possible.

12. Children’s privacy

WebRešenje is a professional service aimed at business owners and decision-makers, not children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 16.

13. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy occasionally to reflect changes in how we operate or in applicable law. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page will always reflect the most recent version.
