1. Service provider details

Services are provided by WebRešenje, Karađorđeva 58, 26000 Pančevo, Serbia, Tax ID (PIB): 115803024, Company Registration Number: 68647509. You can contact WebRešenje via the contact form on the site, email at info@webresenje.rs, or WhatsApp at +381 61 7758 243.

2. Scope of these terms

These terms apply to use of the site webresenje.rs (the “Site”), submitting inquiries, ordering packages, and WebRešenje’s service delivery. If a specific project has an agreed separate quote, proposal, or other written confirmation with additional terms, those special terms take precedence for that project.

3. Services

• Website design under the fixed Business Start, Business Pro, Business Flex and Business Custom packages, described on the Pricing page.
• SEO services under the fixed SEO Audit, SEO Start, SEO Growth and SEO Dominance packages, described on the SEO page.
• Hosting, technical maintenance, backups and support, as part of the Business Flex package or as a separate monthly add-on.
• Custom quotes outside the standard packages, by agreement.

4. Quotes & entering into a working relationship

Submitting an inquiry via the contact form, email, or WhatsApp does not automatically create a contract. A working relationship begins once WebRešenje confirms the chosen package or quote, scope of work, price and timeline, and the client accepts these in writing — by email, message, or by paying the agreed amount. Electronic communication (email, WhatsApp) is considered a valid way of agreeing to and accepting terms, unless the law requires another form for a specific case.

5. Client obligations

The client must provide accurate information, text, images, access and approvals needed to complete the project, and warrants they have the right to use the materials they provide. Delivery timelines stated with each package (e.g. 5 or 7 days) begin only once all necessary materials have been provided and, where applicable, a deposit has been paid — delays in delivering materials, approving the design, or paying push the timeline back proportionally.

6. Pricing, payment & invoicing

Website design and SEO package prices are stated in RSD on the Pricing page, excluding VAT where applicable. Business Start and Business Pro are one-time packages; Business Flex, SEO Start, SEO Growth, SEO Dominance and the hosting add-on are monthly services that continue until cancelled per the agreement. WebRešenje may request a deposit or phased payment for larger or custom projects.

7. Timelines, revisions & acceptance of work

The number of revision rounds and scope included in each package is defined on the pricing page. Additional features, more content, new pages, or changes outside the agreed scope may be billed separately. If the client uses, publishes, or gives written approval to a deliverable, that part of the work is considered accepted.

8. Hosting, domains & third-party services

Hosting, domains, email, Google tools and other external services may depend on third parties. WebRešenje acts with professional care but does not guarantee uninterrupted operation of services that depend on third-party providers, the internet, DNS, or platforms outside WebRešenje’s full control.

9. SEO, performance & results

WebRešenje applies professional SEO, technical and UX recommendations within the chosen SEO package. Google rankings, inquiry volume, sales and conversions depend on the market, competition, content, the client’s offer, and third-party platform algorithms, so no specific ranking or business outcome is guaranteed unless explicitly agreed in writing.

10. Copyright & materials

The client retains rights to materials they provide. After full payment of the agreed price, the client receives the right to use the delivered site and content for its agreed purpose. WebRešenje retains rights to its own tools, methods, generic components and internal processes, and may showcase the project in its portfolio, unless otherwise agreed.

11. Complaints & support

The client may submit a complaint or correction request via email, WhatsApp, or the contact form, with a description of the issue. WebRešenje will confirm receipt and respond within a reasonable time. Where the client is a consumer, the mandatory timelines and rights under the Consumer Protection Law apply, and these terms do not limit them in any way.

12. Cancellation & termination

The client may cancel a monthly service (Business Flex, an SEO package, or the hosting add-on) per the agreement. Work already completed, purchased domains, paid third-party services, and started phases of one-time packages may be billed. Ending a monthly service may affect hosting, maintenance, backups, support and site availability, unless otherwise agreed.

13. Liability

WebRešenje is liable for its services in accordance with the mandatory regulations of the Republic of Serbia and the agreed scope of work. WebRešenje is not liable for inaccurate information provided by the client, client delays, third-party service failures, unauthorized changes by third parties, consequences of not maintaining the system after the relationship ends, or business outcomes that depend on the market and the client’s decisions.

14. Data protection

Processing of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. By submitting a form or message, the client confirms the data provided is accurate and that there is a legal basis for its use for preparing a quote, delivering the service, and communication.

15. Governing law & disputes

These terms and the working relationship are governed by the law of the Republic of Serbia. The parties will first attempt to resolve any dispute amicably. If an amicable resolution isn’t possible, jurisdiction is determined under applicable Serbian regulations, respecting mandatory consumer rights where the client is a consumer.

16. Changes to these terms

WebRešenje may amend these terms from time to time to comply with the law, service changes, or business processes. The version published on this page is the applicable one, unless otherwise agreed with the client in writing. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page always reflects the latest version.
